Asking us for help
Raise a support request from inside ArtworkDesk, follow our replies, and add screenshots.
If the guides don't answer your question, ask us. Open Support at the bottom of the menu, on any page.
Because you're signed in, we can see your business, your plan and the page you came from, so you don't need to explain your set-up.
Asking a question
- Open Support and click New request.
- Choose what it's about: - Something isn't working (a bug) - Help using the app - Feature request - Billing and plans - Account, team and sign-in - Importing, exporting or my data - Something else
- Write a Subject and Your message. For something that isn't working, say what you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
- Add Screenshots or files if they help: up to 5, 10 MB each (images, PDFs, text and log files, spreadsheets, Word documents, ZIPs and short videos).
- Click Send.
We usually reply within one working day.
Following our replies
Our replies appear on the request in Support, and we email them to you too. When we've replied and are waiting for you, Support in the menu shows a number.
The list shows each request's state:
| State | Means |
|---|---|
| With us | We're looking at it. |
| Replied | We've answered and are waiting for you. |
| Closed | It's sorted. Replying reopens it. |
To answer, open the request and use Reply, or simply reply to our email: your reply is added to the request. When everything's sorted, click All sorted? Mark it as solved. A request we've answered closes by itself after two weeks without a reply; replying reopens it.
Who sees requests
You see the requests you raised. The Owner and Admins see every request from your business, so someone else can pick one up if you're away.
