Plans and what they include

ArtworkDesk has three plans. Every plan includes unlimited orders, mockups, quotes and customers. Pro adds the tools for a busier workshop, and Business adds more than one site or department, the API and white labelling.

Pending invitations count towards your team size. To choose or change your plan, see Plans, billing and cancelling.

The free trial

New accounts get 14 days free with everything in the Pro plan, including a team of up to 10. You don't need a card to start.

White labelling, the API and more than one site or department are Business features, so they aren't in the trial.

Pages that aren't on your plan

You can still open them. Instead of the page, you see what the feature does, which plan it's part of and the plan you're on. The Owner gets a See plans button. In the sidebar, Stock and Reports show the plan they need, such as Pro.

Moving to a lower plan

Nothing is deleted. Everything you've made is kept, and comes back if you move up again. Until then:

• Extra sites and departments keep working. You can rename them and change their stages, but you can't add more.
• Your own roles keep working, and you can still give them to people, but you can't add, change or delete them.
• Everyone on your team stays, but you can't invite anyone while you have more people than the new plan allows.
• New orders from Shopify and WooCommerce aren't added.
• Repeats stop making tasks, quotes and orders.
• The quote form on your website stops working.
• Customers can no longer ask to order again from their order page.
• Your emails go back to the standard wording.
• Click & Drop, Xero and QuickBooks buttons go from orders and quotes, and nothing is sent automatically.
• API keys stop working and webhooks stop sending.
• Leaving the Business plan brings the ArtworkDesk branding back. Your own domain keeps working on any plan.
