Reports

How quickly you turn work around, how mockups and quotes are going, and what sells.

Click Reports in the sidebar. The Owner, Admins and Sales and design can see reports; Production can't.

Choosing the period

Use the menu at the top right to choose Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months or This year. The page shows the date the period starts from.

The figures

Figure	What it shows
Orders	Orders added in the period. Underneath, how that compares with the same length of time just before it, as a percentage.
Items ordered	The total quantity on those orders, leaving out cancelled lines.
Order to dispatch	The average number of days from adding an order to its last dispatch, for orders sent in full during the period.
Sent on time	Of those orders that had a due date, the share sent on or before it.
Mockup approval time	The typical time from sending a mockup to the customer approving it, in hours.
Approved first time	The share of approved mockups that were approved at the first version. Underneath, how many times customers asked for changes.
Quotes won	Of the quotes sent in the period that have been answered, the share that were won (accepted, approved or made into an order). Declined and expired quotes count as lost; quotes still waiting for an answer aren't counted. Underneath, how many quotes were sent and the total value won, before VAT.
Average quote	The average value of the quotes sent in the period, before VAT.

Repeat orders that reuse a design approved on an earlier order aren't counted in Mockup approval time or Approved first time, because the customer didn't need to approve them again.

When there isn't enough to go on yet, for example no orders dispatched in the period, a figure says Not enough data (or None sent for Average quote).

The charts

Busiest products (items ordered): the 8 products with the most items ordered in the period.
Top customers (orders): the 8 customers with the most orders in the period.
Where orders came from: orders by where they came from, such as Shopify, Etsy, phone or an approved quote. This uses each order's Came from.
Finished by department (items): items finished (moved to Ready to dispatch) by each production department. It only appears when work was finished in more than one department.
